About You
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the Agency’s rapid organizational growth. You will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of all administrative processes that shape the employee experience—from documentation and HRIS management to onboarding logistics and day-to-day employee support.
You are detail-oriented, structured, and exceptionally organized. You enjoy building systems, optimizing processes, and ensuring that people-related operations run flawlessly as teams scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full administrative employee lifecycle, including documentation, contracts, personnel files, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Oversee onboarding logistics (documentation, system access, office setup, orientation coordination) for large waves of incoming hires.
- Maintain and continuously improve HR operations processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
- Serve as the first line of support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.
- Monitor and track probation periods, contract renewals, and employment status changes.
- Coordinate internal events, employee gatherings
- Support benefits administration and leave management while ensuring alignment with internal policies and laws.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and support internal/external audits with accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining HR documentation.
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
