The Cybersecurity Education Program Senior Officer is responsible for designing, implementing a national strategy to integrate cybersecurity into the school ecosystem, and managing national initiatives aimed at developing the future cybersecurity workforce. The role focuses on engaging students, schools, government and industry partners to build a structured cybersecurity talent pipeline and strengthen national cyber resilience, promoting safe digital behavior among students. The position works at the intersection of education policy, cybersecurity capacity building, and workforce development. The Program Manager will oversee cybersecurity education initiatives, national competitions, training programs, and partnerships that support the identification and development of cybersecurity talent from school age through early professional careers.

As a Legal Expert, you will play a key role in supporting and shaping the legal framework behind Armenia’s digital transformation. You will contribute to the development and review of legislation, ensuring that the operations of the State Population Register (SPR) and other nationally critical digital systems are compliant, secure, and aligned with international standards. The Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Strategic Communication Department.  In this role, you will help translate complex digital transformation initiatives into clear, engaging, and accessible visual materials. You will support ISAA’s communication efforts and contribute to presenting key digital initiatives, projects, and reforms in a way that is easy to understand for different audiences. 

You will help translate cybersecurity strategy into practical policies, bylaws, and implementation guidance aligned with international standards. You will also support internal security governance at ISAA by improving policy coverage, coordinating control implementation with technical teams, and supporting evidence-based compliance maturity. Depending on national priorities, this role may also support security governance for other critical national digital services (e.g., identity, interoperability, and other high-impact platforms) through risk assessments and implementation roadmaps.

As a Cybersecurity Auditor focusing on IT Asset Management and Policy Oversight, you will assess the effectiveness of security controls, validate compliance with baseline requirements, and help organizations translate security policy into practical, measurable implementation. You will work cross-functionally with technical teams, policy and legal stakeholders, and external partners to improve visibility into assets, risks, and control maturity.

You will engineer and operate the security tooling and infrastructure used by the SOC and AM-CERT, with a focus on automation, observability, and resilience. The role blends systems engineering with security engineering: hardening platforms, integrating telemetry, and ensuring services remain available during high-pressure incidents. Because ISAA is growing, you will also support cross-department initiatives (e.g., secure infrastructure patterns, cloud enablement, service delivery standards) as priorities evolve.

You will own and continuously improve ISAA’s security governance, risk management, and security assurance activities. This includes establishing and operating an information security management system (ISMS), strengthening incident preparedness and response, and partnering with delivery teams so that security enables - rather than slows - progress. This role works closely with ISAA leadership, IT and engineering teams, product and service delivery teams, legal and policy stakeholders, and AM-CERT and SOC operations.

As a Cyber Incident Responder, you will investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, coordinate response activities with affected organizations, and contribute to improving national cyber resilience through lessons learned, playbooks, and exercises. AM-CERT operates continuously and coordinates with national and international partners. This role may include on-call or shift-based duties depending on operational needs.

This is an entry-level role for candidates who want to build practical security operations experience. You will work alongside SOC analysts and incident responders to detect and respond to threats affecting critical civilian information systems and services. You will receive structured guidance, training, and feedback. As the SOC and AM-CERT capabilities grow, you may have opportunities to specialize (e.g., detection engineering, threat intelligence, DFIR).

You will manage the cyber threat intelligence (CTI) lifecycle: define intelligence requirements, collect and assess information, produce timely intelligence products, and ensure intelligence is operationalized in detection, response, and risk decisions. The role sits at the intersection of security operations, incident response, engineering, and policy. You will work closely with SOC analysts and incident responders to turn intelligence into practical outcomes such as detections, hunting hypotheses, advisories, and mitigation guidance. Because ISAA and AM-CERT are growing, you will help shape processes, templates, and tooling for CTI, and you will contribute to cross-department initiatives involving election security, critical infrastructure protection, and hybrid threat monitoring.
