Building a trust based e-society and e-economy.

YesEm offers a next generation, secure single login for all government and private sector services. ISAA supports the creation and implementation of the ID solution as a standard setting body – ensuring safe & secure ID is available to all.

Armenia is transforming the way public services are delivered to citizens. As part of the Government’s Public Administration Reform program, ISAA is supporting a culture of collaboration between public institutions through redesigning services to be user centric whilst improving processes & building digital capabilities within the public sector.

The National Computer Emergency Response Team of Armenia (AM-CERT) is established. Its mission is to investigate and coordinate the response to cyber security incidents for the national critical infrastructure of Armenia. AM-CERT joined the TF-CSIRT  in November 2023 and has been an accredited member since January 2024.

Armenia’s next generation interoperability framework will facilitate trust based data sharing between public and private sector institutions – built on the foundation of the Estonian “X-Road”,  the ecosystem will bring a new level of convenience to citizens.
