Young Professionals Program
The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is run by the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) to build the next generation of people driving the country's digital transformation. You won't be observing from the sidelines, you'll join as an active contributor, working on real projects that build better digital services, strengthen cybersecurity, and increase the well-being of the citizens of Armenia.
The program is built around structured Career Paths. You choose a professional specialization and rotate across three carefully selected ISAA teams that have the capacity to contribute to the development of the competencies required for that path. Along the way, you get mentorship, take ownership of meaningful work, and build a portfolio of real project contributions.
YPP is built on the belief that exceptional leaders are unleashed through responsibility, ownership, curiosity, and purposeful work. By the end of the program, participants leave not only with broader knowledge and experience, but with a proven ability to contribute, innovate, and create meaningful public impact.

We're not looking for technical expertise or years of experience. We're looking for people who:
