The Young Professionals Program (YPP) at the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) is designed to empower the next generation of leaders in Armenia’s digital transformation. Targeted at university senior students and recent graduates, this program offers hands-on experience in digital governance, cybersecurity, IT, and related fields.
The Young Professionals Program lasts for 1 year. By joining the program, participants have the opportunity to choose 3 out of 6 departments within the Agency to gain hands-on experience working directly with those teams.
By working in 3 different teams within the Agency, participants acquire a comprehensive understanding, experience, and knowledge about digital transformation and digitalization. The top performers will have the chance to continue their career path at the Agency after the program’s completion, with the opportunity to receive a job offer.

All students in their final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree programs, as well as recent graduates, who have education or experience in information technology, digital governance, cybersecurity, policy analysis, project management, or related fields, are eligible to apply for the program.

The recruitment process begins in October, with the application deadline on January 31. The participant selection phase lasts for 3 months, starting in February and concluding in April. The program launches every year in May.
You can participate in the program only once. However, if you applied last year and were not selected, you can try again this year.
