The "Information Systems Agency of Armenia" (ISAA) Foundation was established by Decision No. 1/169 A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, dated April 11, 2022. The Agency's mission is to facilitate the formation of an electronic digital society in the Republic of Armenia, promote the digital economy, and drive the digital transformation of society.
The Foundation's Board of Trustees is composed of three members, with one representative each from the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
The Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia is Nerses Yeritsyan.
