One of the most important aspects of digital transformation is the improvement of the user experience. Therefore, in the process of digitalization of services, it is extremely important to implement changes from that point of view.

To this end, the Information Systems Agency of Armenia is responsible for the implementation of the National Services Gateway, which contains detailed public information, as well as it will contain information about private sector services in the future.

In addition to services, the platform also provides guidelines on important life events, helping the user to find the answers to all the questions interested.

Currently, guidelines have been developed and published for the following life events:

• “Child birth”
• “Business registration and protection of rights”
• “Obtaining a car and driver’s license”

The High-tech ministry of Armenia has published 14 digitization principles and accompanying guidelines, which are aimed at creating new services both in the public and private sector, as well as improving services that have already been launched.
