Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia, Nerses Yeritsyan, emphasized that cybersecurity and data interoperability form the foundation of trustworthy and transparent digital governance. According to him, the development of digital infrastructure and the establishment of unified technical and legal standards are essential for ensuring the stability of public administration, the efficiency of businesses, and the strengthening of citizens’ trust.

He also underlined the importance of fostering public–private partnerships and maintaining dynamic dialogue as key conditions for building an inclusive and responsible digital environment.
