The Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) is developing a Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) ecosystem aiming to ensure the delivery of public digital services and business continuity. Through this initiative, ISAA aims to create a sustainable marketplace of reusable components, applications, and integrations that can be reused across digital public services using low-code platforms recognized by leading industry research institutions such as Gartner. 

As part of this initiative, ISAA is conducting a market sounding to start engaging the industry and gather feedback on the first set of reusable components that will be the foundation of the LCNC ecosystem. The purpose of this market sounding is to better understand market capabilities, industry best practices and build a community.
