The Chairman of the Information Systems Authority, Nerses Yeritsyan, participated in the Catalyst Talks event organized by the initiative of the World Trade Center Yerevan, where he presented the progress of Armenia’s digitalization reforms, their main directions, and economic impact.

During the event, Nerses Yeritsyan presented the vision of Armenia’s digitalization reforms, emphasizing that the ongoing initiatives are aimed at ensuring more efficient public services, an improved business environment, and the development of a modern digital economy.

During the discussion, the already implemented and planned digital services were also presented, as well as their practical significance for citizens and businesses.

According to Nerses Yeritsyan, digitalization reforms can contribute to reducing the administrative burden on businesses, accelerating services, and fostering a more predictable and efficient business environment. He also highlighted the importance of private sector participation in the development of digital solutions and innovative services.

The event concluded with a Q&A session, during which representatives of the business community discussed the practical impact of digitalization reforms on the business environment, public services, and the development of Armenia’s digital economy.
