Pre-procurement Market Sounding — Open Online Discussion

Introduction

The Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) is initiating a study on the potential implementation of modern Cloud Infrastructure in the public sector, with the objective of assessing the solutions available in the market, their technical and operational capabilities, as well as their applicability within the public administration system of the Republic of Armenia.Taking into account the growing demands of public information systems, there is a need to establish a secure, scalable, highly available, and efficiently managed cloud infrastructure that will enable the centralized delivery of public digital services, ensure business continuity, cybersecurity, and the effective management of information systems.

Description

ISAA invites organizations engaged in the design, supply, implementation, or maintenance of cloud infrastructure to participate in a preliminary open discussion to present the solutions available in the market and share their experience and recommendations.

The discussion will focus on the following topics:

  • Cloud infrastructure solutions available in the market,
  • Technical and operational capabilities,
  • Opportunities for application within the public administration system,
  • Approaches to the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.

The information received will be used exclusively for the development of technical requirements, the assessment of market capabilities, and the preparation of subsequent procurement documentation.

Deadline and procedure

The discussion will be conducted in two languages:

  • For representatives of local organizations: on July 22, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM (GMT+4), in an online format (Armenian). To register and receive the link for online participation, please use the following link.
