The Information systems agency of Armenia is supporting the creation of the Armenian e-society. You are an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect with a strong background in designing complex, scalable, and secure technology ecosystems. You are comfortable translating business and functional needs into clear architectural solutions and defining technical standards that guide development and implementation teams. You have strong experience with system integration, APIs, data architecture, data migration, synchronization, and distributed systems, and can work across multiple stakeholders and technology vendors. You are able to take ownership of architectural decisions, provide technical direction, and ensure solutions are aligned with security, regulatory, scalability, and industry best practices.

• Designs the overall technical architecture for the future judicial ecosystem, built on the
• UniCourt platform, including core components such as ADEL/X-Road and shared services.
• Defines and provides detailed descriptions of all system modules.
• Defines technical requirements and solution design for API integration, data ingestion, and synchronization logic across judicial systems. 
• Establishes architectural principles and standards, including design authority and technical arbitration, to guide future vendor implementation.  
• Ensures the overall solution is scalable, secure, fit for purpose, and aligned with applicable regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior technical role. 
• Strong experience designing complex, integrated technology ecosystems and system architectures. 
• Solid understanding of API architecture, system integration, data ingestion, data migration, and synchronization mechanisms. 
• Experience defining technical requirements, architectural principles, standards, and solution designs. 
• Experience working with distributed systems, shared services, and enterprise-level platforms. 
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and performance considerations in system architecture. 
• Experience providing technical leadership, architectural governance, and technical decision-making. 
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.  
• Experience in government, judicial, public-sector, or other highly regulated environments is a strong advantage. 
• Familiarity with platforms such as X-Road or similar data-exchange/integration frameworks is a plus.
