On December 8, the Information Systems Agency of Armenia, the Ministry of Health of the RA, and the National Institute of Health jointly organized a workshop, involving partners from healthcare institutions, government agencies, civil society, and the academic community.

The aim of the workshop was to jointly design the roadmap for the digitalization of essential healthcare services.

The “Staying Healthy” life event includes those healthcare services with which a citizen interacts in various life situations related to their health—doctor appointment scheduling, vaccinations, and preventive screenings. It is aimed at providing citizens with faster and more accessible healthcare services.

The participants, working in different groups, developed strategies for the application of digital solutions aimed at ensuring governance, interoperability, technological readiness, and citizen engagement.

These collaborative efforts constitute an important milestone for the formation of Armenia’s digital healthcare ecosystem. They help to shape the country’s long-term digital health vision by ensuring the possibility of providing accessible, inclusive, and secure services.
