Digital Tools for Public Service Delivery: Meeting with the Private Sector
December 05, 2025
On December 4, the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA), in collaboration with the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE), organized a meeting to introduce private sector representatives to the main digital platforms and programs that are transforming the logic of public service delivery in Armenia.
The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the public-private collaborative ecosystem, share ongoing programs with partners, and explore mutually beneficial opportunities.
Nerses Yeritsyan, Director of ISAA, delivered a speech highlighting the opportunities these programs open for the private sector. In particular, he noted: "Armenia is transitioning from a centralized model to decentralized governance, and decision-making processes that were previously document-based are being transformed into data-driven processes."
During the meeting, the ISAA team presented:
- The Data Catalog — its essence and purpose,
- X-Road — as a layer for data exchange, including its implementation and operational format,
- Rapid, secure, and continuous public digital services — the Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) architecture as a driver for developing these services,
- The Cloud Marketplace — standards, implementation and operational options, and the inevitability of forming a more transparent system.
Our vision is focused on building a decentralized, collaborative digital ecosystem, where government agencies, service-providing companies, and the technology community work together to ensure secure, reliable, and citizen-centric services.
