Within the framework of the strategy for improving public services, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and the Information Systems Agency of Armenia continue their joint efforts toward the digitalization of services and programs in the healthcare sector.

As part of this cooperation, a working meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Health Astghik Grigoryan, Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia Nerses Yeritsyan, as well as representatives of the Ministry, the Agency, and the sector.

During the workshop, the priorities of the digitalization process in the healthcare sector were discussed, along with approaches aligned with unified standards for the delivery of public services.

One of the key directions of the discussion was also the clarification of the services provided by the Ministry, in accordance with the methodology developed by the ISAA.
