Armenia’s cybersecurity experience showcased in Estonia

From May 27 to 29, Tallinn hosted the International E-Government Conference, where leading experts from the public and private sectors gathered to discuss the opportunities of technology and innovation in the context of the effective and reliable development of digital governance.
Nerses Yeritsyan, Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia, participated in the panel discussion on "Cybersecurity and Public-Private Partnership: Strength in Collaboration". In his speech, Mr. Yeritsyan presented Armenia's experience in building stable and secure digital infrastructures and citizen-centered digital societies. "Cybersecurity is the cornerstone of digitalization, and ensuring it is a shared responsibility. In this regard, we have adopted a collaborative approach. This model is vital in terms of promoting innovation and strengthening digital resilience," noted Nerses Yeritsyan.
The conference also addressed the role of artificial intelligence in transforming public services, strategies for capacity building, the establishment of legal frameworks for digital governance, and mechanisms for fostering trust in service delivery.
