Launch of Cyber Month 2025 in Armenia

The Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and the Information Systems Regulatory Agency (ISAA), in
collaboration with international partners, announce the launch of Cyber Month 2025. The initiative is held as part of the globally recognized Cybersecurity Month and aims to raise awareness about cybersecurity, enhance practical skills, and foster collaboration. Participants include representatives from government institutions, critical infrastructure operators, and academic institutions, as well as international partners. The campaign focuses on strengthening protection of critical infrastructure, promoting cybersecurity research, and developing professional capacity. Throughout the month, activities will include interactive workshops, technical exercises, awareness campaigns, and hands-on training. “In the digital age, cybersecurity is the cornerstone of national security and economic resilience,” said Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan. “A robust system promotes the development of the digital economy, safeguards critical infrastructures, and strengthens citizens’ trust in public digital services.” Echoing the Minister’s strategic priorities, ISAA Director Nerses Yertisyan added:
“Cybersecurity is vital for protecting our nation’s digital infrastructure and ensuring efficient public services. The “Cyber Month” initiative promotes cooperation and skill-building, building a trusted digital Armenia.”
