From July 20 to 26, the Sevan Startup Summit 2025 brought together innovative startups, investors, and representatives of the tech community on a single platform.

Nerses Yeritsyan, Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia, presented the current architecture of the digital society and the ongoing efforts toward its implementation. He particularly emphasized the progress in areas such as electronic identification, data interoperability and accessibility, infrastructure layers, and the design standards and delivery channels of digital services.

A detailed overview was provided of the National services gateway of Armenia (hartak.am), which serves as a bridge between citizens and government agencies, highlighting the logic behind “life event” based approach to the digitalization of public services.

As part of the event, a campfire talk was also held on the topic “Leadership vs. Management,” during which participants engaged in an active discussion and exchange of ideas with Nerses Yeritsyan.
