About You

The Business Analyst (BA) will support the analysis, improvement, and delivery of digital public services and internal systems within the SPR Team. The role focuses on understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analysing processes, and ensuring effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and other government entities to help deliver user-centred and efficient digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business needs, processes, and operational challenges
  • Gather, document, and manage business and user requirements 
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria 
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions 
  • Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements 
  • Assist in testing and validating delivered solutions against business expectations 
  • Prepare documentation, reports, process flows, and analysis materials .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Public Administration, or related field 
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to document and communicate requirements clearly 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms 
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams 

Desirable

  • Experience working on government or public sector projects 
  • Knowledge of process modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, etc.) 
  • Understanding of system integration and digital service delivery
