The Information systems agency of Armenia is supporting the creation of the Armenian e-society. About You
You will help keep cybersecurity workstreams organized and moving forward - from SOC and AM-CERT activities to policy initiatives, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and comfort working with diverse teams and partners.
This is a cross-department role: you will work with technical and policy colleagues, and may coordinate with external organizations, donors, regulators, and critical infrastructure operators.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintain project plans, timelines, and status tracking for a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives; identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
· Coordinate meetings, workshops, and exercises (including tabletop or cyber drills), including agendas, logistics, participant management, and follow-up documentation.
· Track decisions and action items, ensure accountability, and support timely delivery of commitments.
· Prepare regular progress updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder reports using clear, concise communication.
· Support documentation management (policies, plans, project artifacts) and maintain a searchable knowledge base.
· Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and reduce friction.
· Support planning and execution of awareness and capacity-building activities when needed.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations roles (technology or cybersecurity experience is a plus).
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel activities with shifting priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to capture meeting outcomes and produce professional summaries.
· Comfort working with diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across departments.
· Ability to learn cybersecurity concepts and workflows quickly, even if your background is not purely technical.
Preferred experience
· Experience supporting cybersecurity or IT initiatives (SOC, incident response, policy, or compliance projects).
· Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project).
· Experience organizing trainings, workshops, or multi-stakeholder events.
· Experience working with public sector organizations or international partners.
Certifications we value
Certifications are optional, but can be helpful for growth in the role:
· CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
· ITIL Foundation or similar service management certifications
· CompTIA Security+ (helpful for understanding cybersecurity fundamentals)
