About you

Are you a passionate and energetic software engineer looking to make a real impact? The Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) is seeking enthusiastic Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. Together, we'll create innovative tools and solutions that enhance the lives of our citizens and drive high-quality digital transformation across government bodies and agencies 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong attention to performance and reliability.
• Review existing systems and architectures to identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and improve overall performance.
• Analyze technical documents, tenders, and specifications to provide well-grounded recommendations and feasibility assessments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in building products and features centered around users’ needs.
• A strong technical background gained through education or on-the-job experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and solid experience with Vue.js or React.js, and Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience in writing and maintaining automated tests, including end-to-end (E2E) and unit tests.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and programming skills.
• Knowledge of English.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
• Ability to use data-driven approach for product decisions.
