About You
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of key workstreams within the delegation, including UniCourt integration and criminal court data initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project and delivery professional with strong stakeholder coordination, vendor management, project governance, and reporting skills. They should be comfortable working across business, legal, and technical teams and managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and external delivery partners.
The candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, organization, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and blockers, and ensure that projects remain on track.
Responsibilities
- Holds overall accountability for reporting, institutional coordination, and gate decisions within delegation.
- Serves as overall delivery and vendor management owner.
- Owns timeline, scope, budget, and risk across UniCourt integration and criminal court data workstreams.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and contractors responsible for the actual build.
- Coordinates between business, legal, and technical stakeholders.
- Runs status meetings, tracks milestones, and escalates blockers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience managing external vendors, contractors, or implementation partners.
- Strong experience with project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience coordinating business, legal, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate blockers effectively.
- Experience preparing project reports, status updates, and management presentations.
- Ability to lead meetings, track milestones, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of project delivery.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Desirable
- Experience working on government or public-sector projects.
- Experience in digital transformation, software implementation, system integration, or data-related projects.
- Experience working with legal, justice-sector, or court-related projects/data.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Experience managing projects involving international organizations, government institutions, or external technology vendors.
