The Information Systems Agency of Armenia is supporting the creation of the Armenian e-society. About You

As a Young Professionals Program (YPP) Coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of the YPP—from recruitment and onboarding to rotations, evaluation, and final hiring recommendations. You will ensure participants build the competencies needed for digital governance roles through strong Learning & Development (L&D) support and structured program management. You are highly organized, proactive, and skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholders, with a strong focus on learning, development, and delivering a smooth participant experience.

Job Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Manage the end-to-end YPP cycle: recruitment, selection, onboarding, rotations, evaluations, and graduation.
  • Develop program timelines, workflows, and processes.
  • Ensure all program activities run smoothly and on schedule.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, announcements, and communication with applicants.
  • Organize selection activities (interviews, assignments, assessments) with HR and department leads.
  • Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates.

Learning & Development

  • Identify participant learning needs and required competencies.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and L&D activities.
  • Ensure each rotation has clear learning objectives and structured development goals.
  • Track learning progress and adjust development pathways when needed.

Participant & Mentor Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for participants throughout the program.
  • Facilitate mentor–mentee matching and support ongoing mentorship.
  • Monitor participant engagement, task progress, and well-being.

Evaluation & Hiring Coordination

  • Collect performance evaluations from departments and mentors.
  • Track and document participant progress, outcomes, and skill development.
  • Prepare final summaries to support hiring decisions for top-performing participants.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with departments to design meaningful rotation tasks.
  • Align learning objectives with organizational needs and future hiring priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, public administration, education, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, HR development, youth programs, or L&D.
  • Strong skills in organizing, planning, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with learning and development practices, competency frameworks, or training coordination.
