The program offers students hands-on experience and the opportunity to compete in the following areas:
- Threat Hunting
- Fundamentals of SIEM Systems
- Digital Forensics
- Malware Analysis
Structure of the National Student Cyberdrill
Students are selected through two phases of a pre-qualification process. During these phases, they participate in university-level cyberdrills and an intensive self-learning program. The top-performing students from the pre-qualification rounds receive an invitation to the main Students National Cyberdrill in October.
Pre-qualification Phase One: July 3–9
The first phase of the pre-qualification round concluded on July 9. Over 100 students from six universities; Yerevan State University, American University of Armenia, French University in Armenia, Armenian State Pedagogical University, Russian-Armenian University, National Polytechnic University of Armenia, and Eurasia International University, participated in simulated cyberattack exercises. Currently, 50 selected students continue developing their skills in preparation for the October event through the self-learning program.
