About You
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the development and improvement of digital public services. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to analyze software applications and systems, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the effective delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities
Software Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Work with stakeholders to understand software-related business needs, processes, and objectives.
- Analyze software applications and systems to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation, including software requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Conduct research to identify best practices and benchmarking data related to software development and testing.
Collaboration and Implementation
- Work with development teams to ensure that software requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure that software-related project goals are met.
Process Improvement and Support
- Identify areas for improvement in software development processes and make recommendations for change.
- Develop test plans and assist with software testing activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in software business analysis or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to software development and testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools related to software development.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and development tools.
