About You
You are a strong communicator and coordinator who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. You are comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, critical infrastructure operators, and international partners, and you understand the importance of trust, clarity, and structure in cybersecurity coordination.
You bring a solid understanding of national cybersecurity ecosystems, CERT/CSIRT operations, and crisis management dynamics. You are able to translate technical cyber incident information into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers and can remain calm, organized, and effective during cyber crises. You value collaboration, preparedness, and continuous improvement, and you are motivated to contribute to Armenia’s national cyber resilience.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between AM-CERT and national and international stakeholders, including government entities, regulators, CII operators, and partner CERTs.
- Support the categorization and mapping of Critical Information Infrastructure using established national and international frameworks.
- Maintain structured and trusted communication channels with ministries, regulators, and critical infrastructure operators.
- Coordinate information sharing and stakeholder engagement during active cyber incidents and national-level crises.
- Support crisis management activities, including stakeholder briefings, coordination calls, and situation updates.
- Assist in the development and refinement of national cyber crisis communication and coordination procedures.
- Facilitate joint exercises, simulations, and cross-sector engagement activities to strengthen preparedness.
- Translate technical incident data into executive-level briefings and decision-support materials.
- Maintain up-to-date stakeholder contact lists, escalation matrices, and coordination documentation.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity coordination, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, or related roles.
- Experience working with international CERT communities or multilateral organizations.
- Knowledge of crisis management, business continuity, or resilience frameworks.
- Experience supporting or participating in national or sector-level cyber exercises.
- Understanding of CERT/CSIRT operations, incident response coordination, and information-sharing practices.
- Knowledge of Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) frameworks and national cybersecurity governance models.
- Fluency in Armenian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
