Working as part of the User Experience and Service delivery team, you will be responsible for:

• conducting research and developing clear, user-friendly content for the National Service Gateway Portal in the line with the unified content standards,  

• collaborating with the Government Agencies to ensure consistent application of content standards and development of accessible content for users,

• evaluating service quality throughout the content research and design process and suggesting solutions where needed,

• contributing to the development of unified content creation approaches, methodologies and guidelines,

• bringing forward ideas and initiatives to support Armenia’s digital transformation. 

• At least 3 years of experience creating content in Armenian and English, preferably in marketing or user-facing communication roles,

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields,

• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages, native-level English is a strong advantage, 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills,

• Ability to read and analyze legal documents, conduct research, and simplify complex or technical terms into clear language,

• Experience developing user-centered content for non-Armenian residents or newcomers, with an understanding of the public sector environment,

• Experience in conducting research using multiple sources, 

• Strong time management and ability to work in a flexible environment.
