Young Professionals Program
The Young Professionals Program (YPP) at the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA) is designed to empower the next generation of leaders in Armenia’s digital transformation. Targeted at university senior students and recent graduates, this program offers hands-on experience in digital governance, cybersecurity, IT, and related fields.
About the program
Throughout the one-year program, participants rotate across three departments chosen by themselves from the following six departments of the Agency:
- Cybersecurity
- UI/UX and Service Delivery
- Digital Governance and Interoperability
- Citizen Lab
- Public Relations
- Operations
This rotation provides a comprehensive understanding of digitalization, equipping participants with the skills to contribute to Armenia’s digital transformation. The best-performing participants may be offered a job after completing the program.

How To Apply
- Eligibility: Senior university students or recent graduates with a background in IT, digital governance, cybersecurity, policy analysis, project management, or related fields can apply to the Program. Enthusiasm for digital transformation is essential.
- Application Process:
- Complete the online application form.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and skills assessment group work.
- Deadline: Applications are open until January 31st. The program starts every year in May.
